A friendly, confident and innovative Make-up Artist with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Currently working in the occasion and commercial industries. Regularly connecting with fellow professional creatives to enhance knowledge, skills and experience. Passionate in producing high quality make-up independently and as part of a team.
My enthusiasm for make-up has been great since the age of 13. My strong passion for all things make-up grew as I did, consolidating the idea of being a make-up artist.
After ignoring the comments of 'no success' and 'not a real career' that I was bombarded with at the mention of Make-up Artistry, I began my study of make-up at The Academy of Make-up, Glasgow in 2017. The artists who tutored me at the academy inspire me to this day to be creative yet professional.
I enjoy working in an upbeat salon atmosphere engaging with clients and testing new products. Bridal work has also been introduced to me over the past two years and this is a hugely rewarding aspect of my job. In addition to this, I have a growing interest in the commercial artistry world. Working with top creatives and brands is my dream job.
